3.3 Inactive Accounts

ace99 may make decisions regarding accounts that have been inactive for an extended period in accordance with its own policies. ace99 will follow applicable rules regarding the retention and return of balances in inactive accounts.

All financial transactions on the ace99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). For safe and convenient transactions, ace99 uses only Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (same for all payment methods).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Wagering Requirements

6.1 Validity of Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error causes an abnormal result, ace99 reserves the right to cancel or correct the relevant bet.

8.2 Limitation of Compensation

ace99 is not obligated to provide compensation in the following cases:

8.3 Indemnification
